Thursday BOTTing and what's up
Happy Friday eve - LOL.
I had a good food day last night. I worked late last night so that helped. I placed an order for Vitatops chocolate raspberry mini cakes. I eat those as my evening snack which work well for me. I have physical therapy with my trainer tonight which I dread and look forward to. He kills me LOL by the exercises and equipment that I use. Long-term, I know it is best for me. I really like him so he makes it fun.
Here's my food for today:
B - 2 cups of coffee w/Splenda and cream
L - Turkey sandwich with Quest protein chips
D - Turkey meatloaf (leftovers)
S - Apple
S - Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sandwich

B - boca veggie patty and steamed zuchinni
L - smoked tuna or leftover grilled chicken breast over salad
S - Quest bar
D - either halibut or tri tip with salad and grilled bell pepper
S - Quest bar
I have tried those Skinny Cow but they have so many sugar grams. I get sick with any sugar over 6-7 grams. Ugh!!

Good morning ! well i have to smog the car and make cupcakes for my dads bday!
B: 1/2 cup oatmeal w/banana slices
go to the gym
L: tuna and greens
S: maybe a greek yogurt
D: going to Outback steak so some steak and salad and a few bites of a backed potato. (DADS BDAY DINNER!)
I wish I could eat on track and lose 3 pounds!! I havent lost anything... :(

Last night was good. We are having a Valentine's Potluck tomorrow and everyone is craving my Potato Salad.
So that's what I was doing last night along with my husband's lunch and my kid's early dinner once they get out of school.
Annnnnnnd....... I didn't taste the potatoes. I wasn't the taste tester!
So my meals for Today.
B- 1st cup of coffee (California Time)
S - Almonds and Yoplait Greek 100 Calorie yogurt.
L- I brought some grilled chicken and gonna top it off on greens
S- Sliced orange
D- Protein shake Going to Catechism for my daughter's upcoming 1st Communion.

Been a really busy day here, end of six-weeks and students are testing......this is when I am really busy.
I weigh tomorrow......kinda excited to see how I have done....I have been eating BOT and hope to be able to tell.
my plans for today........walk 10,000 steps........have walked 6,000 by lunch...need to pick it up
water✅......90 oz......have drunk at least 90 oz today ........vitamins✅
My eats....breakfast.......coffee/protein
Lunch............turkey sandwich/veggies
Dinner..........chicken,broccoli,rice casserole
Snack............if I have one, it will be an apple

Woke up feeling off. Did some grounding exercises to stay focused and in my body and not my head. You know those kind of days. Still doing protein.
B-protein shake
L- canned salmon
D-grilled salmon
S-deli sliced roast beef not planned, but was out in the field and I hadn't eaten in 6 hours and was hungry
Calories are at about 700 and carbs at 12 protein is over 90.
I will weigh over the weekend and see if this is working and something I will continue for another week if the scale is
moving in the right direction.
