Whatcha doing and eating Wednesday??
today is cooler in the Texas panhandle.....but at least I don't have to deal with what the northeast is dealing with.......if you live in the icy,snow dumped area.....stay safe and warm !
my plans for today......walk 10,000 steps.....have walked 3,000 so far
Drink 90 ounces water.......finished 32 oz.
Eat healthy and purposefully
breakfast....................coffee/protein
lunch..........................tuna salad/crackers/apple
dinner.........................chicken/veggies

Yowza Waysta! 3,000 steps and 32 oz. of water so early in the morning when you wrote your post. You GO!!!
I'm kinda of bummed at myself today - I indulged my night time eating last night. I ate some crackers and one slice of cheddar cheese. Not horrible I guess but wasn't a part of my planned eating for yesterday. A few crackers and one slice of cheese is certainly better than it could have been, and has been in the past! Today's a new day and keeping my head in the BOT game.
It is my wedding anniversary today. My hubby called this morning before I started work to wish me a Happy Anniversary - awww

I plan for a night snack because I've snacked in the evening for 50 years. It doesn't seem to be a habit I can break so I plan for a healthy snack.
Having an emotionally hungry day, but just allowing my emotions to be and recognize that eating will not take them away. I got through the rough part from 2:30 to 3:30. The intense feeling of wanting to leave has gotten better. Still doing protein. Hope everyone is BOT today. Happy Anniversary Cathy.

I know, I agree. The comments are wonderful and so uplifting. Let us know how the new chicken dish turns out. Chicken is my favorite so I'm always looking for new recipes.
I'm going to eat one of my snacks in the night because they are planned and already figured into my foods for the day. Just moving it a few hours later. Thanks for the idea!

chicken dish was great. I'll make it again.
I used left over chicken but could grill then bake to cook complete.
Chicken, dump can of stewed tomatoes over, salt, pepper, bake til done or hot and top with shredded sf cheese. I used Parmesan. I got the cheese to the point of crisp so next time I will cook the dish first and add the cheese at the end just to melt. (never claimed to be a cook!)
