I have my certification in Holistic Nursing and am required to re-certify every 5 years. Lucky for me it's only that often.

I had 1 'clean' day, but yesterday was bad. Today, I am getting BOT, planning my meals, working out, journalling and meditating. I set weekly goals in my journal, so this week I am working on getting all of my water in, 12k a day on my Fitbit, logging all my food in MFP. This alone has been hard for me.
Hoping you're doing well, Cathy. Short walks is a great way to work that knee. Take Care!!

12k is awesome.  The recommendation is 10k and you're at 12k!

Doing BOT and STAYING BOT is hard to do alone.  That's why I love our BOTT group so we can support each other.

Thanks for your support with my knee.  I appreciate it!

Cathy
