Tuesday How is everyone doing?
Just checking in before my very busy day starts. I am BOT for 1 day. Made it through yesterday with protien shakes. Not is tough as I thought it would be. I do have a headache today and I think that is my body realeasing the crap I ate over the weekend. Hope everyone is BOTT with me today.
B- protein shake
L-tuna with a spray of olive oil
D-salmon
S-hard boiled egg if needed
Another protein day to calm the demons
B - boca veggie patty and steamed zuchinni
L - albacore tuna over a bed of romaine, cucumber and tomatoes with zero calorie honey dijon dressing
S - Quest protein bar
D - Grilled Chicken and either a salad or steamed green veggie
S - Quest protein bar
LOTS of water to hopefully help me with the carb cravings.
Yummy day! I eat Quest protein bars too. What are your favorite flavors? My top favorite is chocolate peanut butter.
July 4th is almost five months away. Four pounds a month/1 pound a week sounds doable to me. You go Girl!!

Chocolate brownie is my #2 fave, and double chocolate chunk is my hubby's fave. I haven't tried the cashew coconut so I will try that with my next order. Sounds yummy. Thanks for the recommendation!

Do you find the EMDR helps? My therapist does it, but I have not discussed it with her yet. I have been told it requires a great deal of trust. My boss did it and stuff came up she had no idea was there. That kind of freaked me out, but she felt it was great.
