Monday BOTTing and updates

Here we are at Monday again - where do the weekends go???  How is everyone doing?

I've gotten into a few days of night eating so I'm getting back to healthy choices in the evening.  Evenings/night eating have been a challenge for me.  So, I'm committing here that tonight will be healthy choices only.

B - Coffee, 2 cups

L - Leftover Turkey Meatloaf

D - Talapia w/green beans

S - Cinnamon Toast Pretzels

S - Ricotta, cinnamon and Splenda

I am still doing good at no evening snack !!  WooHoo !!

ate too much on my date with hubby on Friday, but got back on track for the weekend.

todays eats......

breakfast.....coffee/protein

snack..........apple

lunch..........tuna/egg/crackers

dinner.........leftover chicken and veggies

Woo Hoo!!  Good for you for no evening snack.  I'm having a planned one that I've included in my food plan for today.  Other than that, NADA.  

Another WOO HOO for eating too much on date night BUT you got right back on track.  HUGE congrats for that.  It can be hard but not for you.

Evenings are a tough time for me and grazing...working on that too. Will plan to work on some family cookbooks I'm doing to distract me.

D: 1/2 sandwich thin with tomato sauce, turkey pepperoni, and mozzarella cheese

Working on the family cookbooks as a distraction is a good idea.  I need to do something that distracts me too.  Thanks for sharing that to give me the idea of distraction.

I have been slipping and sliding since November.  January was a better month, but with very little weight loss from regain.  That being said I decided to try and just start things with all protein.  I really don't like to do things too the extreme, but I don't know what else to do.  So todays eats are

B-protien shake unflavored protein powder and coconut milk

L-same

S-chicken broth

D-protien shake

S-cup of tea.

Protein shakes have always been awful due to limitations on what I can eat due to medical condition that has nothing to do with weight loss.  It feels a bit punitive, but I really don't now what else to do. Any suggestions would be welcome.

Mostly hung in there today.

B protein shake

D 2 rotisserie chicken legs from the groc store.  I went too long without eating and ate the chicken way too fast.  It kinda stuck in my throat.  Not being able to have a water sip it stuck for a while.

S sf jello with mandarin oranges.

Room for another 2 protein shakes this evening.  I just wanna eat today ya know?!?!  I want to get this regained weight off more though!
