Whatcha doing/eating Thursday ??
My morning has been very hectic!
My Breakfast Coffee from McDonalds.... Large one. No sugar with some almond "unsweetened" milk.
Then about a hour later... 1 cup of almond milk with 2 scoops of Protein powder, 1/2 frozen banana
***** Ran into my meeting with my glass fill to the rim! OMG!
Lunch will be a salad --- 4 cups of romaine lettuce, tuna and some dressing on the side.
Snack---- Almonds and String Cheese
Dinner---- I have a church meeting, So most likely water and a protein shake

B - Coffee w/cream (2 cups)
L - Salad w/grilled chicken (3 oz.) and Walden Farms dressing
D - Lean Cuisine Chicken, Spinach Artichoke Pannini
S - Cinnamon Toast Pretzels by Kay's Naturals

B: coffe w/creamer, then a scrambled egg w/mushrooms and onion.
L: two roasted chicken wings and 4 brussels sprouts
D: Will probably be some chicken breast and veggies.
I've gotten in 32 oz of water so far and will get in another 32.
Snacks: ugh...lol I ate an OREO..... bad bad bad!! Later my snack will be some strawberries!
Working and busy end of the month
B-oatmeal with blueberries scoop of protein powder
L-chicken kale and carrots
D-Turkey burger and cabbage
S-cucumber slices deli sliced roast beef
Logged my food on MFP and calories are 970 which is still to high for me to lose. 84 grams of protein and 47 grams of carbs. I need to get down to about 800 calories to lose. I have noticed a lot of you are doing protein shakes. I have to do unflavored and can't mix with water so I have used unsweetened coconut milk. The taste is awful. I have been dong an afternoon snack as I don't eat dinner until about 7- 7:30. I thought if I ate later I could avoid night snacking which has been a problem for a few months. Maybe do some experimenting over the weekend to see what I could do different. Any suggestions are welcome.

D - Lean Cuisine Fajita style Chicken Rolls, Mini Babybel, 5 crackers
S- Atkins shake
Have been traveling all week for work and managed to do pretty decent. Last night I ordered take-out from Bonefish and they told me the wrong sides and when I got to the hotel I saw I had my seared sea scallops and shrimp, but with couscous and jasmine rice. Which I promptly ate and logged to find that the sides bumped my dinner up to nearly 700 calories! Ah well, got back home tonight, so happy to have a few days at home.
