breakfast........coffee/ maple donut !!! Student gave it to me, I caved in !
snack..............1-ounce breakfast sausage. 😔. It has already been one of those uncontrollable eating days !!
planned for rest of day
lunch.........chicken fajita salad
snack...............?
dinner...............grilled steak and green beans ...
snack.................cottage cheese/pineapple
excited about tomorrow....have ordered two Bountiful Baskets and plan to cook fresh veggies and make a pot of soup while the snow comes down !! Ya'll have a GREAT weekend !!!

2 Lean Cuisines weren't my best choice, but I'm just home for a day and then traveling again and I didn't feel like making anything. The good news is that I'm down nearly 10 lbs of my 20 regain! Feeling pretty good about that and hope to start seeing some of the lower 170s soon.

Thanks for sharing about your loss. I am starting to get discouraged as the weight has been status quo for the month. Good for you and for the inspiration.
