What's Everyone eating today? Wednesday Jan. 28th
I'm wondering what is everyone eating today? I'm also kinda nosy because you guys give me different ideas for meals. LOL!
My day today so far...
PRE-Breakfast- (8:00am) Warm cup of water with fresh squeezed lemon inside.... and one cup of coffee about 30 minutes after.
Breakfast --9:30am 2scrambled eggs and a half of avocado
Snack --- 11:15am - 10 Raw Almonds
Lunch --- (Have not had it) Will have romaine lettuce with some tuna
Snack - Yo-plait GREEK 100 calorie one... It's sooo Yummy!!!
Dinner --- Protein Shake (2scoops equals 60 grams of protein)
Let me here what You'll be eating!
Today's eats so far........it is 1:45 pm
breakfast.........coffee/miralax and morning vits.......protein coffee at work
lunch...............salad with various veggies/chipotle-mango dressing/2oz cheese and 10 saltines !!
UGH !!! I remember when eating an entire sleeve didn't bother me and now eating 10 is too many !!
water intake.....90 oz already
OK.......now the plan for the rest of the day is......
snack...............apple
dinner..............chicken and green beans....I cooked the fresh green beans from Bountiful Baskets
snack................strawberries

B-oatmeal blueberries and scoop of protein powder- did not finish
L-Homemade chicken soup. Not really soup as I eat with a fork. Chicken, kale and carrots
S- hard boiled egg with cucumber slices
D-Salmon and spinach
Trying very hard to cut out evening snack. I really think this has become a habit more than hunger.
