i dont get it...
To gain 10 pounds in one month, I'd have to be noshing out on NON-back to basics food choices. Since that isn't what is going on with you, I'd be frustrated too.
Could it be due to water retention, that time of month (or just before), constipation issues? Are your back to basics foods eating protein first and vegetables second? Are you eating lots of carbs?
I suggest that you wait a couple of days and weigh again. It may be due to bodily fluctuations that will adjust.
