sorry I am SO late with this......it has been Monday. ALL DAY !!!
my weekend went well......relaxed and ate healthy !
My plan for today......vits taken ✅. Water ....almost 70 oz. ✅. Walking ......4 miles so far
breakfast........coffee/miralax........protein shake✅
lunch..............veggie salad/ Kraft chipotle-mango dressing (my new favorite). ......applesauce✅
Dinner............chicken and salad
snack..............strawberries

well yesterday I had a turkey meat roll up in a flat out with some power greens for breakfast. Lunch was power greens with turkey meat on top, dinner was hey again some power greens and 1/2 chicken breast i snacked on popcorn with salt had one bite of pizza crust and a protein shake.
Today I plan on having yogurt and chicken lunch meat throughout the day and a protein shake maybe 2. as my fridge is pretty much empty!
time to go shopping for more healthy options.
