Whatcha eating and doing Friday ??
Some of us got messed up before.. So now i have to be super diligent to lose. But once i get lower.. I can maintain.
Currently i don't loose weight, but i am losing fat, body fat% and size. Adds long as i follow my plan, my weight gets lower. Very slowly...but i don't starve, nor really limit my food..(some foods..)...
If your plan is working. -don't change a thing - but if it does not- change it...and try new program for at least a month.

TGIF, but baby it's cold outside and snowing with freezing rain...my bones are certainly singing me a song! Clearing out the junk, stick pretzels and the 5lb. unopened box of chocolates I got for Christmas. Prepping my veggies and seasoning my fish & poutry for the week or at least enough to last until Wednesday!
Tired of my knees creeking and tired of feeling fat and sluggish!!! New day, new start!!!

B: Atkins Advantage shake
L: Quest PB protein cups
S: Mini Babybel
S: Chicken soup, mini Babybel, 4 Ritz crackers
D: lean cuisine fajita chicken rolls, mini Babybel, 4 Ritz crackers
S: Quest PB protein cups
Intake was 100-150 calories above what I've been doing the past several days. was just hungry Friday. Scale was down a pound this morning, so that was good. I'm at 176 and happy to be getting some distance from those 180s that I was seeing after the holidays.
