Back On Track Together
Whatcha eating and doing Monday.......
today, I am back on track.....had a very lazy weekend and ate fairly decent...
morning vits✅ Water started ✅ walking.....😜 only 3000 steps so far....
breakfast........coffee/miralax........protein shake
lunch..............protein shake
dinner.............salmon patty and lots of veggies !!
I did real well on this Wed, Thurs, and Friday of last week........I plan to continue this until THIS Friday.....will let you know if I lost my holiday gain. Next Monday, I will concentrate on portion size and protein first.....I hope everyone has a healthy, great day !
B- 1 egg, lf cheese, 1/3 cup chili
L - chili with roasted Brussels sprouts and butternut squash
S- pretzel rod, baby bel cheese
D- homemade turkey quesadilla w/ some garlic mashed avocado
S- ? Hoping to stay in control tonight.
day off from work today. Went to the gym this morning for 20 minutes of cardio and about the same in toning/ lifting. Tonight went to a Zumba toning class. What a good start to the week. Hoping its a trend! 😉
