Whatcha doing and eating .....Thursday
well, we got about 8 inches of snow in my part of the panhandle. A little treacherous coming to work, but at least I AM at work !! I hate to use snow days......would rather be off school during Easter when the weather is good !!
my day so far.......didn't have to be here until 10:00....woot !!
morning vits ✅. Water almost downed. 96 oz.✅.........walking started
breakfast............got off my protein shake and fixed breakfast since I was at home
Egg, bacon, and toast.......coffee /miralax
lunch..................protein and veggies .......forgot to bring protein powder to work
dinner.................turkey, cheese, and veggies (maybe some bread for a sandwich).
Snack..................cottage cheese

Here In Southern California is pretty nice. A little *****illy outside but manageable.
Breakfast ---- Coffee, waited about 45 mins then had warm water with fresh Lemon squeezed inside. About 10am....I had a Protein shake with 1 CUP of Mixed Berry Medley and water. I forgot my unsweetened almond milk at home.
Snack -----Nothing jus****ER
Lunch----- About 4 CUPS of Romaine Lettuce, 1cup of chicken and 2 TBLS of LITE Ceasar dressing. WATER, WATER, WATER.....
Snack------ 100Calorie Yoplait Greek Yogurt
Dinner ----- 1pc of Chicken breast and veggies OR just a Protein Shake.
