Tuesdays eats
Good Morning everyone
Today I will eat
Vitamins
water
B - boiled egg
lunch - soup of some kind....I'm feeling cold
diner - grilled talapia and veggies
snack grapefruit ( I still have a lot of grapefruit)
I am craving yellow squash, zucchini, onions, and tomato smothered together with Italian seasoning. Too bad I have none of the ingredients except the seasoning. Time for a run to the store.
Today's eats........vitamins✅Water✅ Working on third jug.....walking...just hit 5000 steps
breakfast.......coffee/miralax. Pineapple
snack.............4 saltine crackers with PB and j ( measured out ) 1-oz PB and 1-oz jelly
lunch.............turkey, cheese rollup and veggies
dinner............steak and roasted veggies
snack.............cottage cheese and pineapple

L- still having left over chicken soup
D-salmon and spinach
S- 2 deli sliced roast beef
Water good and drinking a lot of tea I am so cold.
