Lunch - home made veggie soup

Dinner - chicken breast, salad and baked sweet potato

Snack - apple with LF peanut butter

Kathy S. I am home today not feeling well so was able to do this.  My computer at work blocks everything, but I will try.   I can do it on weekends.

sorry to be late posting.  I left the house at 6:30 this morning to go with my sister to her appointment at MD Anderson Cancer center.  I just got home.  

Breakfast    Protein drink

Lunch         small buger

Dinner      won't be hungry so probably just a boiled egg and some veggies
