Hey Botts,

I am so happy.  My highest was 183 and I hung around the low 170's for a long time. Today I hit 159.5!  I am so thrilled as I have not been in the 150's since my son's wedding over 3 years ago.

WE CAN DO THIS!

You must feel great.  I have been up and down 5- 10 pounds since November.  I have decided to give the scale a break as I punish myself with it.  I know how my clothes feel and they were tight last week.  They are feeling a bit better this week.  Nothing magical.  Being mindful of when I am really physically hungry and  really trying to eat only at those times.  I eat clean, but my issue has been eating too much and too often.  Was reading something recently that was so simply, but made so much sense.  If you eat when you are not physically hungry, then how will we you know when to stop.  There will be no full signal.  Things like this help me get through the day.

Head hunger is one of the hardest things for us to battle and win! I agree with not letting the scales be the end all to measure success!  Keep up what you are doing and try increasing your protein. I find when I do that I am not as hungry, tummy or head wise  Stay in touch!

You can do it!  Get rid of the junk, go back to the basics and take it one day at a time.  OH and MOVE!   Stay in touch!

Fantastic  news! Congrats!

This is super inspirational for me as it is almost exactly my numbers as to where I hit panic mode and where I hope to go. I'm 5'11" and 165 is my happy number. I got as low as 154 but I thought my face looked really old there. However, I was also sick around that time and now I'm wondering if that was more illness related than weight related.

I'd like to try the 150s again, but first things first...get OUT of these 180s!! LOL

Hi BuckeyeGirl,

The numbers just kept creeping up.  When I hit the 180's, I think my highest was 183 and watching my husband struggle with all his health issues....  Let's just say I was scared straight!

Take a look at the sticky posts above and read the back to basics post. That really  helped me....  I am here for you

LOVE THOSE KITTY KATS!

You can do this!  Read the sticky posts and the one on getting back to the basics. That really  helped me and getting all the junk out of the house. I was forced to eat healthy.  And getting back to water, water, water really helped me too.

WE CAN DO IT!
