Friday !! WooHoo !! Whatcha eating ?
Still recovering from flu, but I weighed this morning and I have lost 5 lbs !!! Now to just keep it off !!
todays eats......water✅Morning vits✅Walking started✅
Breakfast.........bacon.......
lunch...............egg/cheese/bacon burrito
snack...............crackers and pb
dinner...............chicken/some kind of baked squash. (have several varieties from my Bountiful Basket)
