Weekend ....cafe and cardio... come on and share..
Looks like we are all so busy, stressed due to holidays. I know I am. I also know that I use that as an excuse to eat things that are not on plan, and are bad for me. Though I try every day to stay on plan.
I am looking forward to new year and new beginning.
Beside that exercise takes the last priority on my busy schedule. I know I could make time if I really want to, but I made excuses. Knowing that makes me more accountable to myself. At least I will not feel like a victim if I gain or not lose weight. Sometimes you have to pick your battles.
I am still comfortable in my clothes. Size 6-10, so I have plenty of things I can wear to parties.
My plan for the holidays is to maintain, or lose. Gain is not an option. I know I can do it by being mindful what and how much I eat when I do feel less stressed and in control.

Fish with broccoli in lemon butter sauce+ 1/2 Avocado.
Protein cookies
Chicken with broccoli. In butter sauce

I am super busy.... Ido read most days but unless I can add something...and help someone...I only post or respond once in a while...I will try to post at least once a week..
Maybe we get more posters with a new year...
