Holiday behind us......how did you do ?

me, not so well.......I was sick and fell back into eating comfort foods....probably gained a couple of pounds, but am back on track today !   Got out all my pre-measured plates and bowls.....gonna get this month started off right !! 

Todays eats.......

breakfast.........coffee/miralax.......

lunch...............pre-measured homemade chicken and dumplings....already rationed out !!  If I go back to basics, and plan ahead....I can do this !!

dinner..............pre-measured homemade chili, maybe some crackers

snack...............yogurt

I am that type of person, I HAVE to plan ahead !  I have all my lunches already planned and ready for this next week...I can do this !!!   Here's to losing my re-gain of 40 lbs !!!

I hope you are feeling better... Much better...

My food choices were very good to good, with only a few small exceptions...

But.... I had way too much wine.  I love my wine. 

On top of that went walking and hiking with a friend of mine and really worked my legs and butt. 

I am sure I would lost some lbs if not the wine. I also make not so good food choices when I drink too much...

Plan to have wine only at parties this month (December) and only 1 glass of wine (2 for a party longer than 3 hours and only if I am not a driver). That plus exercise.... And good food...

New week ahead of us, new month.... Let's lose the 2 lbs this month and not gain any ....after all ...it is holiday time....
