Back On Track Together
Whatcha eating and doing Monday......
Yesterday went well for me food wise.....no exercise because I don't feel well.
I am better today and back at work........exercise started, morning vits taken, and liquids started
Eats for today...
breakfast......coffee/miralax..........piece of sausage
snack...........~
lunch............steak fingers, veggies from cafeteria. 😣. Forgot my lunch
snack............Apple/PB.........I brought the snack
dinner...........homemade chili/ saltines
snack............probably cottage cheese/fruit
I hope everyone is back on track and doing well......post your eating plans....I don't always follow my plan, but at least I try !!
December 1st. and Monday...starting the week and a month. My stress at work is bit less than last month.
very busy... but hopefully less sleepless nights.
I drank way too much wine all last week... my poor liver... I do need to stop taht...
I exercised on Saturday and Sunday... made me feel good... really good...
so plan is :
- no wine
- exercise
- good food (as long as I don't drink wine - I eat really clean)
Today:
coffee + more coffee; tea
cucumber turkey salad with homemade dressing
same as before + + 3 slices of canadian bacon+ 2 pieces homemade "bread-like" buns
more tea and water
maybe yoga--- but will see..., if not then I plan to walk on the treadmill for at least 30 min..if not more..
