have a bad cold, so I am not moving too good today.....drinking my water and have taken my morning vits..
breakfast......coffee/miralax........chicken/biscuit
lunch............turkey and veggies
snack............pork rinds
dinner............probably more turkey and veggies
I DID NOT eat ANY leftover desserts yesterday !! That is a victory for me !! With us having had our Thanksgiving on Saturday, most everything has been eaten, or thrown away !! I am heading to nurses office right now to weigh so that I know where I stand before the season really kicks into gear !! Have a great day everyone !!!
