Well.. not as bad as I could have done, but not as good as I wish ..

It is still 2 weeks in November ... so.. what was done is in the past.. and looking forward to the next 2 weeks .. clean good eating and lots of rest. Plus yoga...

I have not done any exercise...but I do plan to do yoga this week and next..

My belly is much better...

Glad your stomach is feeling better!

Truthfully, I have sucked this month, due to company and emotional eating. But, I'm feeling stronger today. My blood work is showing some low WBC and protein levels, so I have to add some protein shakes back into my diet. Hopefully, that will raise the protein levels and get my WBC back into shape.

I have also not been walking because the therapist asked me to lay off for two weeks to get inflammation down in my foot/ankle. I think this Thursday, he will release that condition of treatment and I can get back to the streets!

Onward...

Hi everyone,

I'm doing pretty good toward my goals, but can still improve.

Exercise goal: Go to Curves 3x/week and use the treadmill 30 minutes 3-4 times/week. I've only been to Curves 2x/week, but I have been on the treadmill 30 minutes 4 times/week.

Consistently track my food intake: I'm improving on that.

Stop grazing: I have a difficult time with this in the evening, so I've been working on family recipe books for my kids for Christmas and journaling to keep myself busy.

Increase my water intake: I'm consistent with getting 64 oz in, but I'm working on getting that to 80-100 oz.

Have a great rest of the month.
