Back On Track Together
Weekend ....cafe and cardio... come on and share..
I have been very busy last few weeks. Very stressful weeks . i hope next few are going to be better. Because of the stress my eating and gut issues were not too good. But not the worst.
Today is a new day, and staying back on track will quiet the gut pains.
Making sure i have good food on hand, and good snacks is important.
I baked a 3 dozens of almond/coconut cookies, plan to make some meatloaf, and make more almond coconut paleo type bread and buns.
That plus some chicken i had frozen, and some eggs will help me stay in plan during very busy next week.
Today eats:
Coffee w Miralax
Almond coconut cookie
Panera Bread chicken /avocado salad
More coffee with the cookies (had to eat the burnt ones)
Meatloaf with some veggies.
Add some veggies/chicken soup... So nice..
Lns: nuts? And glass of wine. Or maybe i have some berries with coconut cream... Yum...

It is cool here in SC...i can only imagine how cold it is up north.. Brrrrr....
My gut is doing much better. Even a couple of days of good food make a huge difference.
Today i plan just to take it easy, see a movie and chill...
Eats:
Coffee w Miralax X 2
Bacon, poached egg, almond/coconut "bread ". So good..
Cookies at the movie
Chicken soup,
Meatloaf with some veggies
Not sure about any other food.
For this week i have the following food prepared:
Hard boiled eggs
Frittata
Chicken with veggie mix
Meatloaf
Pork loin - roasted, plus some cold cuts.
Plus the almond /coconut cookies and bread.
Add some veggies and i am really ready for a hard week ahead.
I may even find time to go to yoga.
