Tuesday cafe and cardio...

How is everyone? 

Yesterday was a horrible eating day for me... I had high stress and I forgot to take my meds ... and my BS tanked really low.. and I had a real problem getting it up.. I had to eat carbs and sugar... unfortunately once I start eating that there is no stop. My BS was up and down and all over the place... so frustrating... that continue through the whole night...Today I am probably up 5 lbs .. and crave sugars... but my BS is stable so I will keep it that way..

eats today: 

middle of the night...and morning...peanuts M&M's + nuts and nut butter... 

coffee + miralax  and more coffee

water and green tea

HB eggs, avocado

not sure...

  I don't know what happened........I started this thread this morning....wrote everything down....probably didn't hit submit......glad you did !

Sorry that you have to be so extra careful with your food choices......it is hard enough jus****ching protein, carbs, and calories !!  I hope you are feeling better.

my eats and exercise for today.......walking is up to 8,000 steps...will reach my 10,000 today

                                             Vitamins taken, water sitting on desk

breakfast..............egg/cheese......coffee minus miralax ( we will see how that works )

lunch.....................chili/cornbread/ from school cafeteria ( gonna try it )

snack.....................cheese stick

dinner.....................making homemade chili at home in crock pot right now, so I will have chili and some crackers for dinner  

snack.......................Apple/peanut butter

Blood work results have me hopping on the protein train! 

Morning: Before coffee, 20 grm protein drink.

Breakfast:  Egg scrambled with ham.

Lunch: Tri-tip and salad (if I have room for any salad).

Afternoon: 20 grm protein drink

Dinner: Salmon

Interesting thing I did not know... if I am low on protein, my blood sugar is much harder to regulate.  Still finding out things, 6 years later!
