Monday cafe and cardio...whatcha eating today !
lazy day......worked hard over the weekend and all I want to do today is sleep.......not possible since I am at work !!
my eats for today ......morning vits taken.....water 1/2 there....walking well on the way to 10,000 steps !!
breakfast....coffee....no miralax after I read an article about the side effects......will talk to my dr. When I find a new one......my Doctor died in July. Egg/turkey sausage/cheese
lunch.........steak fingers/greenbeans/roll
snack.........apricots
dinner........Swiss steak/veggies/rice
didnt get to grocery store yesterday......hope to get there this afternoon and get protein and fruit for rest of week.

I am working hard.. I did very well... then had 3 large pretzel sticks.. so now I have scratchy throat, and overall allergic reaction..ugh... how stupid?
anyway.. beside that it is not bad..
I do have great food at home so as long as i don't do stupid - things will be just fine.. ugh.

I am almost 6 yrs out. I have gained 20 lbs. trying hard .......walking and eating better. Need some tips....do I go back to basics??? Liquids only???? I always eat protein first, the beans and small amount of rice at times.
