Whatcha eating today ? Halloween cafe and cardio.......

Halloween with all those goodies !!   How are you going to get through ?

I DID NOT buy ANY candy to give away!!  Now before you think I am against this holiday, I am not. I live in the country and don't have trick or treaters except for grandkids.  I usually load up on MY favorite candies because " it's a special day, I deserve it" type attitude.  I refuse to do that this year.

 I did not forget about the grands.  I used to decorate cakes for a living. I do not eat cake any more !  So, I baked each one of them their own small cake and decorated them with vines and pumpkins.  Problem solved.....send the cakes with the kids.....no yummies left in the house !

my eats for today.....morning vits taken ✅ water consumed ( I have been thirsty today). Walking started

breakfast......coffee/miralax....breakfast burrito from local cafe....a student gave it to me for Halloween

no moning snack....

lunch............crackers/cheese.......

snack............fruit from cafeteria

dinner............after my grands trick or treat us, Hubby is taking me to Subway.....

Great idea about the cakes..

I almost bought candies for work...but  since i had to work late almost every day - I decided that  I should not have any candies at work when I know I get stressed and tired... and it is late...

We planed to go out tonight - but since we decided to stay in (very tired)- I made my BF buy candies... But with him in the house - they are not scary.. and he is going to take them with him...

I can get really sick after candies + horrible gas - so eating - sneaking the candies when my BF is with  me in the house all weekend is not cool...

eats today: 

coffee + lots of coffee

some food... and nuts...

pork loin, 1/2 avocado, mayo

more nuts

nut butter...(really can't think about food...)

chicken egg drop soup,  some meat- maybe...

 

Nuts have a lot of calories.. but they digest easy and my body tolerates them... they don;t give me indigestion and they don't  hurt my gut...

so far haven't eaten anything, just coffee coffee coffee. Decided today is the day I get back on track. have gained about 40pds in the last year and am tired of not fitting into anything I own. have to buy everything new or just loose the weight. right now dont know which is easier. please help!

Oh, you sound so much like me !  Have gained 30 pounds since my lowest weight....have a closet full of new clothes that are just too tight !  Ugh !!  We know what to do, just need to do it !!  Let's make this "NO CHEAT November !!"
