Weekend cafe and cardio...

We got really cold spell here. 

I did very well yesterday...and plan to do great today and the rest of the week. Today I am cooking 5 different dishes so I even when I get very busy - good food is just a few minutes in micro. Plus due to my strtiuct diet - it is going to be food I can eat and not feel bad.

Cool and windy here today.....good for you getting your food planned out for the week !

I always do better if I have a plan and the proper foods and snacks in the house.  I am going to the grocery store later and will get my week supply of good protein and snacks.....

I had planned to work some more on home improvement today, but my freezer went out and I had to clear out the storage room so hubby and friends could get it out of there.   They had to remove the door to get it out.  We are putting the new one in the garage.  It will be so much handier. Dont know when we will purchase a new one....I have two refridgerators so I already have extra freezer space.

my weekend has been carnivals and trick or treating !   I have not had ANY candy, but I had a popcorn ball at one carnival.... My eats have been sporadic and not too good protein wise....not a lot of calories, but not very nutritious.

will have to work on protein this week !!   No Cheat November........it is on !!

Just got my blood work back and my protein and total iron binding capacity are low.  So, apparently I need to increase my protein to an even higher level. I struggle to get 75 gms in a day, so I can't imagine how I will get more, except it will have to come from dairy and protein shakes. Otherwise, my B12 is perfectly high (lol) and my ferritin, which I thought was low, is at 39. I'd like that to be around 70... but I'll take it. I just have to get that protein level up and then my hair will quit falling out! 

To that end, it's a big meat week.

I had some chile Colorado for breakfast

Having chicken for lunch

Dinner will be a steak and salad.
