Monday cardio and cafe....whatcha eating today ?
weekend was busy and not enough of it ! I did fine on my eating and exercise.
Today is pajama day at school for Red Ribbon week, so I am really cozy and comfy !!
my planned eats for today.....morning vits ✅water started✅May not get my steps in because I wore house shoes. 😜
breakfast.........coffee/miralax.........
lunch..............homemade soup
snack..............cheese
dinner.............chicken/veggies
snack...............cottage cheese/pineapple

I did Ok so far... Really stressed day today but eating was OK. maybe not enough.. but only good foods.. so far

Not prepared today, like I have been. Didn't have a great weekend, either.
Breakfast was only coffee and a palm full of cashews.
Lunch was Cream of Cactus soup (tried it and thought it was good... always trying new things) with a couple of bites of foccacia
Apple and three olives
Dinner: Taco soup (which will be late after a class)
Tomorrow will be a better day!
