FRIDAY cardio and cafe.......
WooHoo, it is FRIDAY !! I hope everyone is ready for a great weekend !! I will work on some home improvement projects and believe it or not, do some prep work for Thanksgiving.....I make everything I can that freezes well in advance, so I am not "in the kitchen" all day.
I also make three kinds of breakfast burritos, wrap them in Saran wrap and freeze for snacks, breakfast whenever somebody wants one. I will have the usual 25-30 family members that stay at my house all weekend, SO it is not just one meal that I prep for. Been doing this for 35 years, so I pretty much have it down. I absolutely LOVE doing this and having everyone at my house.
My eats and exercise for today are........morning vits✅ Water in jug on desk✅Walking started.....don't have ANY problems getting my 10,000 steps on Football Friday's !!
Breakfast..............coffee/miralax......banana/peanut butter
snack...................none planned
lunch....................chicken/veggies
snack....................fruit from cafeteria
dinner...................? I hope to be able to run home and eat before game.....if not, I will eat something from concession stand.......we grill small burgers so it won't be too bad
snack......................popcorn

Good for you... If i had that many people coming - i probably would start cooking myself.
By now you know what freezes nicely and what meals you can make ahead of time.
