Weekend ....cafe and cardio... come on and share..
Back home today. I took red eye from Alaska...and once i got home on Friday i stopped at a few stores to get fresh food. My meals in Alaska were so so....with only one meal that i really enjoyed. And that was bad because by the end of the trip i started making bad choices... I made bad choices..And i got sick on Friday and still feel horrible today. I woke dry heaving this morning with a horrible headache... Not sure if that was food poisoning or the 1/2 bottle of wine i drank home trying to help with upset stomach...or combination of both.
(Wine typically helps with gas and bloating, and most of the time once foods gets digested - i feel better. - i deal with motility issues and IBS-C so wine typically helps when things just stop moving. But maybe not this time? )
Anyway... Life is funny sometimes...
Today i tired doing laundry and my dryer is dead. But my BF took it apart and we think it is just the belt - but once he tried to go to the store - we could not start my car....ugh... (Since he was going to take the recyclables - i insisted he take my car. )
In a way out is good that things stop working when he is here...because he can fix the issue...
Eats today - i am not really hungry -headache and upset belly, but i need to eat to keep my BS stable..

Really don't want to eat... But I will if i have to.
I am making a few dishes today so i can have good yummy food for me this week: chicken -boiled and baked, pork loin and pork chops; roasted veggies; greens with bacon; and cucumber salad, avocado... Plus i plan to hard boil some eggs, and make some deviled eggs.
I have trouble with constipation when I travel....I really have to be careful of what I eat.....I usually suffer for a couple of days and then I adjust. Sorry you are feeling bad.
Today I worked a concession at the volleyball games at school and am heading to the church fall carnival in a few minutes......food choices were good this morning and then I got shaky at concession and had a candy bar and coke......I feel fine, now. Just gotta watch carnival foods tonight.

dinner.............pork/veggies
snack..............probably something at carnival.....hope they have a veggie tray like they usually do....😜
