Wednesday cardio/cafe......what are your planned eats for today......

raining !!  Yay !!   Cold day in Texas for me.....I even wore a new sweater that is floor length.......I love that it is snugly and warm.

my eats for today........morning vitamins✅ Water on desk ✅ walking between classes✅

Breakfast..........Apple, peanut butter......coffee/miralax

snack................none

lunch................ Salmon patty and broccoli 

snack.................nuts

dinner.................homemade veggie/beef soup and cornbread

snack..................cottage cheese

I have a bottomless pit of the system today . woke up hungry and i am hungry... I ate snacks and i feel like i am starving today,  i do need to make sure i select good food, and don't worry about qty...ugh...all i want i know i should not eat... 

Eats today:

Coffee w Miralax x2

Nuts, protein cookies :lots of them

Epic bar, 1piece of dark chocolate

Lunch salad...need to eat salad..

Nuts or some meat...

D: not sure if we will we go out or if i stay in the hotel... (The bar here have a nice selection of dishes - last night pork loin and Brussels sprouts were amazingly good. Add Apple chutney - and that where i think my issue started - way to many carbs in that. Now my body wants more.  )

Lns: god help me... I am almost out of nuts...
