Weekend ....cafe and cardio... come on and share..or just read

I am mega stressed... I am so much behind in work, my house projects, yet i need to go out of town for a week.  The stress is so overwhelming...and i have a hard time concentrating on some of work i can do this weekend.  It is so frustrating. By the end of the day i get so tired that even though i want to work late - my brain goes into shut down mode. Complete shut down.  Can't think, can't do anything. Even if i try to stay up past 10 pm, i just pass out, yea..even fell asleep with my head over keyboard one day. Ugh.

Leaving for a trip to Anchorage AL... All business. And it is cold there, and i will be busy. Long travel, more stress, more work when i get back.

(Yesterday i ate food that i know better not to eat...so today i am paying for it with belly cramps, pain, has, a headache.... Ugh...and bad food did not help my stress, made it worse. So today it needs to be a good day... 

Eats

Coffee and Miralax

Chicken broth.x3

Tea and water...Lots of water. 

Eggs with cucumbers

Egg drop soup.

Some dinner - fish and veggies. 

Snack nuts

Deep breath !  Relax !  House projects will always be waiting.....don't stress about them....as for your job.....take care of you first and do your best, that is all you can do.  I know, easier said than done.  Sending prayers your way that this week goes by smooth and fast.

my eats and exercise yesterday were spot on......I did great !

today my eats are.....morning vits taken.....water started......exercise....does painting count ??  I am finishing the bathroom and hallway paint

breakfast.....coffee/miralax.........scrambled egg, cheese, bacon

Snack..........turkey/ cheese rollup

lunch...........cottage cheese/pineapple

snack...........?

dinner...........chicken/ veggies
