I haven't pulled the boots out (yet) but I do love the lightweight scarf that I put on this morning. Little nip in the air this morning had me wanting to be lazy and hit the snooze button. Enjoy your night out with friends, it sounds wonderful.

I picked up some honey crisp apples the other day and they are wonderful BUT I'm pretty sure the peeling caused me some issues. I ate one as a snack on the way home Tuesday night and everything seemed fine but that evening my night time meds got stuck and caused me some terrible heart burn and discomfort. Yesterday there was a sluggish feeling when I swallowed anything. Today I feel fine. A little while ago I saw a coworker eating an apple and I had that "AHA" moment and figured out the culprit had to be the apple. I remember as a newby not eating certain fruits because of the peelings & the stringiness of orange and tangerine slices.

Plans for the day are fairly straightforward:

Early: Fake Milk & Vitamin D

commute: Coffee

Breakfast: Scrambled eggs with cheese

Lunch: Vegetable beef soup

snack: celery with peanut butter

Dinner: More vegetable beef soup

I've got the first 1 liter bottle of water sitting on my desk so it's time to start drinking. Yall remember to take those vitamins and maybe squeeze in an extra walk at lunch time.

When i could eat apples... I had to peel them.. and I could only eat some apples.. some - no matter how well I chewed - still could get stack.  But honeycrisp were my fav... good times..

( i don't eat apples to try to control my IBS-C - they are not on my FODMAP free list...)

Good morning!

Hoping your MRI gives the docs some answers!

Woke up in the middle of the night with itchiness on the top of my chest area, covered with a little rash this morning. Not sure if a vitamin change might have done it. I added extra D yesterday. But also, added a new blanket to the bed so maybe something to do with that... will just try and get it figured out.

Got the iron in this morning and rest of vitamins sitting out waiting to be consumed.

Breakfast:  Bacon and egg

Lunch: Mexican vegetable beef soup (homemade)

Snack:  Apple and cashews

Dinner: Blackened salmon and salad

Have a fantastic "Friday Eve"!
