Tuesday cardio and cafe.....how are you doing this week ??
my walking is around 6000 steps today......vitamins taken.......water consumption....good !!
breakfast........coffee/Miralax ......boiled egg
lunch..............tuna salad/ 4 crackers/ 1-ounce of cheese
snack..............grapes
dinner..............fish/ greenbeans
i did really well yesterday...just need to up protein

I did well yesterday...snacked too much at bedtime, but still "within sight" of calorie limits and no junk. Going to do better today, but it was a good day, food wise. Was a fabulous day otherwise.
Up at the crack of dawn today...well, the dawn hasn't cracked yet, but going to go to the gym on the way to work, instead of after.
Day 8 of Whole30. I know the rules are that I should not weigh, but I did. Certainly feels good to see the scale moving down! I feel in great control now with regard to eating. Upping my water game today.
Breakfast: Bacon & coffee
Lunch: Salad with Prime Rib (friend brought it into work for me.)
Snack: cashews and an apple
Dinner: Prime Rib and homemade Butternut squash soup
