Back On Track Together
Friday Cafe and Cardio.
TGIF..
Got very stressful week.. and yesterday my cat was missing (she is indoor-outdoor) and that added extra stress...but she finally got back hoe at 3:30am.. she was gone for over 36 hrs.. and this is unlike her.. 12 hrs - no problem...but 36 hrs - knew something was not right....
I drove around calling her and posted some flyers..
I did not sleep enough and ate too many nuts and nut butter.. but real food was not really appealing... Even today I really do not want food..

I'm glad your kitty came home, I would be very upset if my fur baby went missing too. I adopted an abused Pomeranian male last June 25th, he is still very fearful, but, is slowly beginning to trust me, I just can't understand how people can hurt these tiny animals, he only weighs 4 #.
For some reason the last couple of days I have developed a food apathy, Thursday I ate a small tomato with salt and drank coffee with cream, a cup of Campbells Tomato soup made with water, and a gallon of water.....that was my intake for the day...Yesterday it was a cup of the tomato soup and a handful of potato chips, and a pot of coffee with cream and a gallon of water. At least I won't get dehydrated !!!

I got days like that....unless your proteins are low - there is nothing wrong with not eating if your body chooses not to.
