Weekend ....cafe and cardio... come on and share..or just read
Ugh....i messed up yesterday....last few days i was craving carbs and cookies....i had to work late yesterday so instead of eating some real food(i did not have anything i really wanted) i ate some fig Newtons...really?....i never really like them....but they were there....(someone left 1/3 of a package in a break room ..so i ate them....
I was fine....until i was not....once i got home at 9pm, i started crashing badly....really really low BS....but instead of grabbing a glucose tablet, or a tsp if honey...i started heating up a healthy soup....by the time the soup was done, i was in a full RH severe crisis.....ugh....i guess brain rings on sugar and low sugar means lack of common sense... I will do better today....
We plan to go downtown, maybe run errands, and movie. Taking really easy.

I hate it when I am stupid and don't take care of myself !! Take care of yourself first and foremost...if only it was that easy. I hope you are better......
I have had a pretty good eating weekend so far......I am enjoying a three day weekend, so right now I am only half way through......yesterday my hubby and I went to Amarillo and spent the day shopping for organizing bins for our "new" bathrooms, a new light fixture for over our bar area, mirror for one of the bathrooms and to Sam's....finally have ample fruit and protein items to help with staying on track.
morning vits ✅. Water ✅. Afternoon vits ✅ exercise.......6000 steps. Have been working in bathrooms trying to organize...😜
breakfast........coffee/Miralax. Egg, cheese, sausage mixture (breakfast burrito minus tortilla)
lunch..............chicken patty sandwich, pickles
dinner..............homemade soup
snack...............popcorn or cottage cheese/fruit ??

After my Friday carbs overload i still not back to myself. Physically i am fine - but i am so hungry. All day yesterday and today. Decarbing is so tough. I hope that will be a lesson to me not to do it again. Once the switch get turn on (carbs cravings ) it is so hard to turn it off again. Ugh...

Coconut wrap with mayo and chicken.*
Chicken salad with cucumbers, avocado, pickles....(the only veggies i can eat raw now
Veggies chicken soup..
Veggies w chicken frittata...(made 4 servings.)
LNS: nuts..
*Made coconut pancakes savory to use as wraps for my chicken. (Eggs, coconut flour, salt, caraway seeds, pinch of baking soda)

Ugh...hate it when that happens....okay, so I guess it doesn't just "happen" but hate that cycle..... Hope you're feeling better by now.
spent the coll, rainy weekend cleaning and cooking. Have plenty of food in the house for the week. Hoping to make better choices. Reading Eat What You Love, Love What You Eat For Binge Eating. Will let you know if I learn anything!
I am all for "love what you can eat". I am on a super limited diet next 2 weeks... Gut healing...
