Back On Track Together
Surviving 3-day weekend and meeting October goals.....
Well.....I did walk 10,000 steps on Friday because we shopped at Sams, Home Depot, Lowes, Target, super Walmart......but I did not walk that far on Saturday or Sunday.
I did try to limit carbs....no tortillas on breakfast burrito, ate a Slim and Fit meal at IHOP and only ate one piece of dry toast (usually have buttered toast AND a couple of bites of pancakes from hubby's plate)
drank tea all day Friday and Saturday, but had diet coke on Sunday ( slipped back to old habit, I had a headache, so I"need" a coke )
worked on organizing " new" bathrooms.....bought a lot of plastic bins and separated stuff into different catagories ...ie. Cold meds, pain meds, hair brushes ( I think these just need to be tossed)...lotions..etc.....still have more to do
wont know if I met my 5 lb weight loss goal until end of month
grazing ??........ate quite a bit of fruit.....that sure beats crackers or chops !!
so all in all, I feel like I am working toward goals........
I hope everyone has a great day !!
Long journey starts with small steps.
I did ok this weekend. I think i am finally dicarbed. Ugh. Last night i ate and ate...i got full....and then the pain strated....i overate...but i think that broke the"spell". I only ate food on plan. Chicken and veggies...and more chicken and veggies....i had some frozen berries blended with coconut milk for an instant ice cream...
Small steps...first decarb and limit what i eat. Then once my appetite is under control, i can limit the quantity...
Then i can add gentle exercise...
No soda, (except diet Tonic - that contains saccharine..), and only as needed for my muscle spasms..- that really works.
