2 more days.... to weekend...
weather still holding nicely in SC.. warm and sunny..
I have a physical therapy today - it is a first day so I am not sure what to expect... I ate too many almonds yesterday... I can have one serving... but I had more than that - much much more.. too many nuts affect my gut I am trying to heal.. so...really need to work on that...
today eats:
bone broth....
coffee + miralax
another coffee (the medications I am on makes me very very tired and sleepy - yeap - one of side effects.)
water, and green tea....
chicken + veggies soup..
almonds -sprouted (1 serving only)
chicken with veggies..
bone broth
salmon and veggies...

Melancholy morning for me........😥.......... Today would have been my sisters 68 th birthday....she died almost nine years ago from weight related health issues.....she weighed 650 pounds. This is one of the reasons that I had surgery. I know that I could easily have gotten to that weight had I not fought this weight battle since 7 th grade. I will always fight this battle !!
Good luck with physical therapy !! WooHoo, today is my Friday !! Student holiday tomorrow. Our district really tries to work in a 3- day weekend every month.....
I can't even attempt to keep nuts of any kind in my house.....can not stick to one serving.....same reason that I never have cheetos or Fritos in the house !! I can handle a single serve pack of potato chips usually baked, but not Fritos or Cheetos! If we decide to have Frito Pie, which is maybe twice a year.....I buy single serve packs and only two of them !! Now tortilla chips would stay in the cabinet until they are so stale that not even the dog would eat them ! Funny how different foods affect all of us !
my planned eats for today.....morning vits ✅. Water ✅ walking. Almost 6,000 steps already...plan a few minutes on elliptical when I get home ....
Breakfast.....coffee/Miralax......banana and peanut butter
snack............1/4 a small cinnamon roll.......bake sale today...proceeds to Susan B Komen Cancer Awareness......going to have a bake sale. 2x 's a week every week this month....😜......I brought breakfast burritos....I had the insides for dinner last night, no tortilla
lunch..............homemade soup and cornbread
snack..............?
dinner.............more soup

I have issues with nuts... but I can't have cheese or yogurt or any dairy..including whey,,,. or chips, or beans, or most fruits.. or even corn or whey or soy shakes or snacks.. no I had to give up also flax or chia and any cocoa products.. (so 85-90% chocolate is out)... at least temporarily...
nuts are the only one I can have some... but too many - and I am in real trouble (pain and cramps)
I do hope - the very restrictive diet for 2-3 months will help with some of my gut issues... (IBS-C) by healing my leaky gut...
