Post your goals for October...

It can be weight related, or any other life issues....i.e. Smiling  more... Or as simple as organizing closet from summer to winter stuff...

Here are my goals:

My goals for October 2014:

1. Smile a lot - be happy - I have to think about and write it down - at least one good thing per day. (about me, or anything in my life - )

2. Gut healing diet - very strict - very challenging... but I can do it....(eliminate FODMAP foods, also any scratches...or any food not recommended for SIBO or leaky gut). Clean eating - no food I am allergic to, or have intolerance, no wine, no soft drinks, no artificial sweeteners.  (stevia is OK, saccharine - only when I can't get stevia)

3. No wine... or any other alcohol

4. Walking -  my goal is to have walked at least 30 miles in 30 days.... with the only miles that count are the one that I can do in continuous intervals.. (so walking to and from the car, or grocery shopping does not count)

5. Yoga - 2-3 times a week  when I am in town. When not in Town - I need to make sure I walk.

6. Take all my vitamins and minerals.

7. Drink 80-120 oz of water.. (no less no more)

Enjoy life and outdoors...

3.  Exercise at least 4 x per week.

4.  Track EVERY day.

5.  Do NOT weigh myself daily for a couple weeks... or one week... or tomorrow... this is a tough one.
