Back On Track Together
day three of liquid diet -
my back on track effort began again saturday. my daughter and i both started the liquid diet. she has surgery scheduled for oct 7 and i am trying to show solidarity for her while i reboot myself. i feel like i've forgotten so much more than i remember about this surgery and it's rules. i still drink plenty of water and i don't drink soda, but other than that - my weight regain followed a blatant and sustained breaking of rules. i had lost 200 lbs. i regained about 120 lbs. what will i do differently? i hope to move a whole lot more. my health problems are still with me but perhaps if i start slowly and add on gradually i'll be able to achieve greater mobility. i just know that i've been slowly moving toward total immobility and i'm hoping i can change that. for now---wish me luck
AGING IS INEVITABLE
GROWING UP IS OPTIONAL!
Good luck... liquid .. ugh.. that's tough...

Hello Dorthe,
Have you looked into the low carb groups ? There are several that have lots of people with great success with losing large amounts of weight and getting healthy again.
It doesn't matter what we choose to do it is a life long battle and we have to decide it is a complete change of the way we live. Sending best wishes your way !
