Hello everyone. My time away from the office is over......
Back to work...and issues....ugh.
This weekend I started very clean diet to help my IBS-C and heal my gut from leaky gut syndrom...and food al 'll ergies. I hope in 3-6 months i can slowly introduce cheese to my diet. First month will be the worst - very restrictive diet. After that i can introduce more food . and since i am trying to find positive inn every thing - very restrictive diet in October should made me lose the last 5-6 lbs.
Eat today:
Bone broth
Coffee w Miralax
Tea and water
Chicken with cooked veggies.
1/2 avocado.
Fish, cucumber
Chicken with cooked veggies.
Lns: nuts
Before bed bone broth.
Water, and supplements...

Hi strangers!!! Thought I should probably check in and let you know that I'm among the living. Life has been busier than normal lately and internet access has been toward the bottom of my priorities list. I've got some catching up to do so I'll probably be lurking more than posting. Life is GOOD!

I am holding my weight steady.....haven't lost this month, but on the bright side, I haven't gained either !!
want to lose so ALL my winter clothes will fit.....sad to see the ones that don't fit hanging over to the side of the closet.......
my ears for today.......morning vits taken. Water well on the way......exercise....3400 steps so far
breakfast......coffee/miralax.....chicken
lunch...........salad with turkey and cheese and egg
snack...........?
dinner..........chicken, broccoli , and some rice
