Wednesday cafe and cardio

Hello everyone...

My last full day in Denver. It is so nice here. Today i have a full day at a conference. I will be walking walking walking, smiling and talking. May grab some lunch..(God help me - the selection at the conference is not very good, and almost any booth has chocolate candies). In a past it was so easy to grab a small piece of chocolate every hour or so to increase energy.  Even too much coffee is not good for me now.  It is going to be a long day. 

But i will get a lot of steps to add to my monthly goal for walking. Think positive, right? 

Eats:

Coffee w Miralax, x2

L: some meat and veggies - even if that is eating inside of an sandwich.

S: nuts, nut butter...

D: we probably will find a nice place to eat tonight.

Lns: nuts....(got some almonds)

Last day..😥.....but I am sure you will be glad to be home.

I am having a hard time staying on track lately....have been posting, but the reality is , I am not eating what I post !!!  I am not eating all that bad, just not sticking to a plan !!  Gotta get back into the game.

todays vits and water are in.......that is truth

breakfast.............Apple, coffe/miralax   Truth

lunch....................salad, crackers, green beans.....truth

snack...................?

dinner...................?  Plan on chicken and veggies

snack....................?  Cottage cheese ?  We will see what reality is

I am looking forward to get home

Sticking to the plan is hard. Practice ..makes perfect. I learn to adjust and have allowance of foods i can eat more...i.e more meat, or more nuts if i get really hungry at night.
