Tuesday cardio and cafe

been super busy lately.......Homecoming on Friday just about did me in....I worked from 7:15 am until 1:00 am...18.5 hours and was on my feet most of day....I walked a little over 8 miles !!  Saturday I was "hung over"  (from being tired) all day....just slept off and on.

Eating has been ok.....not great

todays eats.......morning vits taken.......water started

breakfast..........coffee/miralax

                        Orange slices/ cheese

lunch................salad

snack................?

dinner................working concession at volleyball games.......probably a Frito pie

gotta get my act together !!  😟

We started the tread at the same time...

 

Hello everyone... How is your week?

I am still in Denver Colorado...love that place. Yesterday we went to Denver Botanical Garden. It was hot, and we walked a lot. I was super tired. We check into hotel downtown Denver.  Hotel is nice, but our room has view of a parking garage. Ugh.. But we don't plan to stay much there, so not a big deal. 

Last night i had a business dinner and I walked 7 city blocked to dinner, was on my feet for most of it, then walked back to the hotel and got lost, so walked probably 12 blocks. 

My eating was very good, but i still had my wine. But to much of it. 

I still feel the effects of hiking 10+miles on Saturday.   Not only the lenght of the hike, but altitude over 10,000feet made a difference how my muscles feel today. 

Today i have a half a day trade show - will be walking again.  Then we plan to have dinner with my friends,  and back to hotel. 

My friend suggested we come back for skiing this winter, ...so we bought 4 day lift passes to Copper Mountain. I guess we are coming back to ski in January...or so.. That would be a perfect motivation to get in really good physical shape so i can really ski for 4 days (2 +break day +2) without killing myself. New goal.

Eats today:

Coffee w Miralax, x2

Lunch: some meat with veggies

Nuts, protein cookies. 

Dinner: not sure, some meat or fish with veggies.
