Hello everyone.

The weather is lovely in Colorado... We really good lucky.

Yesterday we drove around Rocky Mountain National Park... It was amazing... Very long day, but so lovely.  Drove back to the condo we staying in using side mountain road.  I was driving all day so my BF could admire the views.  I have been in Rockies so many times, but it was a real first for him.  I am sure he loves it.

One more full day here, then tomorrow we going back to Denver.  We will drive there, stopping at some so wonderful places on the way, and plan to spend afternoon and evening with my friends who live in Denver.  Next week i have a trade show in Denver, so Monday night - Wednesday it is work for me while my BF visits Denver.

We coming back home on Thursday....

Eats should be same as always - i have way too many issues if i don't eat on plan that i rarely get really tempted.

My only issue here is that it is so dry. I am not used to it. We have high humidity in SC.

Eats:

Coffee with Miralax, hot tea, water. Lots and lots of water

Some meat and veggies...

Nuts, or my own protein cookies (yes, i baked some before the trip, dried it to a crisp and brought it with me. I can't eat protein bars.)

Dinnerc- again- Some meat or fish with veggies

Lns: nuts, glass of wine..

Exercise - lots of walking...

Today we went on a hike at Cooper mountain...base elevation 9,600 feet.  We hiked up to 12,000 feet.... We hiked for 6 hours, and 5 of those was waking either up of down... I am tired... But  the views were magnificent...weather. Could not ask for better.  Back inthe condo at 5, shower ...and we decided we need good dinner. Went to another town (beacuse 2 options in Copper were not really that good). We ended up in this rustic restaurant.  Fantastic food.  I had grilled trout with double serving of green beans.. It was better than i could make it.  Yum...my BF had chicken, green beans and mashed taters.. Out of this world..  I had a taste of taters and again (ugh) the green beans and taters were better than when i cook them... Ugh... And i am a great cook...

Till tomorrow guys..
