Do you all suggest following the original RnY after guidelines, for example...mine were 60-75 grams of protein, 64 oz of water, exercise, vitamins...? Or are you finding that after being out past surgery ... 4 years for me, that a body needs more protein? I'm 46, 5'4" and currently weigh 185.

That depends on your lab work.

Some people do fine with 50gr of proteins, but i need 80 -100,  plus for me to maintain i need to limit carbs. Low carbs means my calories have to come from proteins and fat.

Read past post to see what works for some of us.  Some just count calories, others limit carbs, or fat.
