Friday cardio and cafe........accountability
I don't know about you, but I have to post my daily eats to keep myself accountable. Keeps me thinking about what I am putting into my body all the time !!
my morning vits are taken and water jug is on my desk....already walked 6,000 steps and will reach my 10,000 step daily goal because I will be working the local high school football game selling programs and I walk a lot doing that.
my planned eats for today.....
breakfast.........coffee/miralax and protein drink
lunch...............protein shake.......my pouch has been a little upset lately. 😞
snack..............cottage cheese and pineapple
dinner...............? Not sure......maybe cereal........don't have a lot of time between school letting out and getting to game and getting programs printed and stapled
snack...............probably popcorn from concession stand

life is crazy. I am doing fine. Stressed, but fine.. eating is OK.. not the best -- but not the worse either...
I am going on Vacation next week so I am trying to do everything I can
