The challenge - how are you doing?
My goals:
1. No wine... (that one will be tough)
2. Walking - my goal is to have walked at least 30 miles in 30 days....
3. Yoga - 2-3 times a week when I am in town. (I can do stretches and some yoga when traveling - but not much) - those days I need to make sure I walk.
4. clean eating - no food I am allergic to, or have intolerance, no wine, no soft drinks, no artificial sweeteners. (stevia is OK, saccharine - only when I can't get stevia)
5. take all my vitamins and minerals.
6. Drink 80-120 oz of water.. (no less no more)
7. Smile a lot - be happy - I have to think about and write it down - at least one good thing per day. (about me, or anything in my life - )
Enjoy life and outdoors...
I am not doing to good so far.. not very bad - but...
1. I had wine a few times last week, but only with dinner, and only one day.... Nothing yesterday.. so starting new week.. OK - not too bad
2. Beside shopping and housework - I have not done any real exercise..
3. No time for yoga either..- I did not make the time. no excuses - but facts.
4. Doing very good on that front. (except the wine on Saturday)
5. I am doing really well with that...I also set up containers with my vitamins and supplements for the whole month.
6. doing good there also.
7. Yes and yes...
4 out of 7 on schedule.. if you don't count the wine (9oz) on Saturday - it is more like 5 out of 7... Could be better... but it also could be worse. I also lost 2.5 lbs of the 6 lbs regain, without starving or really doing any exercises.
I will continue this week...

My challenge is going ok...
1. No chips or colas........had chips on Sat. With a sandwich...😳
2. No sweetner whatsoever, but am reconsidering that goal......don't want to drink my calories in tea and coffee and I HAVE to have sweet in both
3. Protein first.....I am doing well with that
4. 5-lb weight loss during September.......we will see
goals set.....now to meet them !!!
A day late and a pound short.... Count me in! im still having a tough time getting going, so maybe this "short term" challenge will do the trick. i would love to lose 5# this month. To do that, I will need to: exercise 5x per week. Leaving Friday for a myrtle beach vacation and will walk 30 minutes (hopefully more) per day. stop eating in bed/night time grazing. Planned snack ok not eat standing up further limit refined carbs fortunately I'm good with water and vitamins This morning, I'm greatful for my husband and that I have a job that I love on most days!
Been missing from here the last few days. Traveled by motorcycle from NY to SC. Took us an extra day as my husband had an issue with his mc.
Did as well as I could while traveling. Actually quite well. Different story once we got here. Our housemates are all chocoholics, and I grazed all day yesterday on M&m's..... Well let me tell you, I had a horrible low bs episode in a restaurant last night. Didn't check my number until after I'd had some sweet tea, a few sips of regulars coke and a tsp of hot fudge and it got up to 70. We have a paramedic with us and I think he recognized that something was happening to me before I even did.
anyhoo.... I did get in a 5 mile walk yesterday..... It rained all day and a bunch of us decided to just put on our rain gear and walk.
today I need to kick myself in the ass and cut out the crap.
i is hard to be this far from my scale!
The RH what makes think really hard about cheating on my diet. I hate RH. With passion.
