Friday Cafe and Cardio.

I am tired today.  Ugh...

The kitten started pooping in bathtabs and sinks....ugh...not fun.  The only good thing is that i can clean it easy with water and Clorox...i plan to buy 2 more bigger litter boxes...he is growing and maybe the other gr getting too small for him.

Another 0.5 lb is gone.  (Water weight ) . I did very well yesterday.

Today:

Coffee + Miralax.

Tea and water

(start eating at 1pm  -

added: I was starving at 11;30... so I ate my sausage and pickles and nuts and some 90% chocolate..I actually picked a brownie.. and while I was chewing ot realized how stupid that was so I spit it out.. . and got the nuts and the chocolate...

Sausage with pickles . + nuts and 90% chocolate.. (sometimes you got to do what you got to do) 

coffee.. (real stuff) 

Sausage with pickles 

Protein shake - maybe.

Dinner. Not sure. 

Lns: nuts

Lots of water with lemon. 

Exercise: i hope to go to yoga. Will see..

 

Today i am grateful for decaff coffee....i can still have my coffee and cortisone and not turn into raging *****

Finally totally ready for granite to be installed.....then sinks plumbed !!!   Seeing that light at the end of the tunnel !!   Having no sinks kinda sucks, but will be worth it !!

 

my eats for today......morning vits taken.....on second 32 ounces of water

breakfast...........egg and cheese.....coffee/ miralax

snack................protein bar

lunch................chicken and salad

snack................banana

dinner................It is Friday night Football in the Texas a Panhandle and I have to work the gate selling football programs.....I will probably eat a hamburger from the grill....mmmmmmm......

snack"...............popcorn !

I am trying to stay away from carbs to feel less hungry.  Maybe that half hamburger bun did me in.  I will try harder tomorrow.  I am enjoying all the veggies though.  Tri

 

B:2 eggs and spinach

S: McDouble with 1/2 the bun (I was shopping and needed food)

L: zucchini, onion, green pepper, artichoke hears, olive oil, 4 oz. steak, avocado and salsa

S: salad: lettuce, tomato, cucumber, mushrooms, pepperjack cheese, salami, ham, olive oil and vinegar

D: 4 oz. haddock, 4 oz shrimp, 1 t olive oil, 1 t butter, 2 T chopped onion, 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms

S: maybe some walnuts (I hope I can stop eating them without going overboard)

I keep my nuts in the freezer.  Only take out a small portion.. easier for me to control portion.
