Thursday cafe and cardio
Another day... back on track.
I did OK yesterday. I had to run to Costco and was so very hungry.... with all the temptations there it was very hard not to buy something bad.. But I DID IT !!! I bought some brownies bites for work, and kept them in the car overnight... (I really forgot I bought them). I did not buy wine or any other stuff that I know I should not have .. even fruits.. got home and ate some chicken with green beans.. . lot's of chicken... lol
Today the scale show another pound gone.. (from the 3 lbs water regain from weekend) ..
today:
coffee + Miralax
water and tea...
more coffee.... (decaf)
chicken with green beans, broccoli
more of the same
protein shake, nuts or protein cookies
more chicken (or burger) with pickles and cucumber
LNS: nuts..
Today I am grateful for being able to stick to the plan yesterday... it was not easy... but I did it.

Great job, h.a.l.a. Sometimes if I just get a few "good days" under my belt....
i did well yesterday. Better, in fact, than I've done in a while...
today:
coffee + miralax
b- 2 eggs, cheese, shredded squash and a tomato slice
l- slice of meatloaf w/ green beans and broccoli
s-cut up tomato w/ fat free dressing
d- Olive Garden...salad with 1 bowl of pasta fagiola and 1/3 breadstick
( just remembered I had 2 Andes mints...better go log that)
maybe some peanuts tonight.
i am greatful to be able to go on vacation starting tomorrow!
