Saturday cafe and cardio

Long weekend... Great.

I had to much wine last night but my eating was perfect beside that.

Today we did 2.5 hours of tubing on a local river. Very slow moving river.  But it was good just to sit in a tube and do nothing.  Had lunch, and my friend is coming so we plan to have nice evening with her. Staying in and cooking/grilling.

Today

Coffee + miralx. (Mostly decaf)

Protein cookies

Protein shake (1/2)

Panera bread cobb salad with extra chicken, no cheese. (And i use yellow mustard instead of dressing)

D: grilled salmon, veggies.

Wine, nuts, salsa and veggies...

Exercise: tubing. (What? Getting in and out of that thing was a workout).

Hi Hala

I've taken a few weeks off and gained some weight.  Then I began using a different site and trying their diet.  It is working slowly.  I miss all you guys though.  I had a 2 hour rehearsal today.  Yesterday I cleaned the house and cooked dinner for 6 guests, so that was a lot of exercise yesterday.  We went tubing years ago.  It is exercise.  You so a lot of paddling and dragging the tube etc.  It is a lot of fun too.  My food today was simple:

B: whole wheat roll and laughing cow light, plain Greek yogurt

S: orange

L: chicken, brown rice

S: nectarine and salad

D: 2 slices gyro meat, 10 french fries, 1/2 pita, blueberry yogurt

S: nectarine and maybe some veggies

I hope you are all doing well.  Tri harder

I am happy to see you back here.

As for way of eating - whatever works for you- founding what makes your body doing what you want, and be able to follow that at least for a while- is really important.  But trials and errors i found what work for me.

I know that some very low calories diet work for me also but i am miserable on them.  I know i need real food, and even though my weight may be coming off slower, i can maintain that WOE(Way Of Eating) long term without feeling like i am on a diet.
